Shanna Ghose has over 10 years’ post qualification experience and has specialised in maritime law since the start of her career. Her practice covers both contentious matters such as charterparty disputes, cargo claims and international trade disputes, as well as non-contentious matters such as ship sale and purchase transactions, the drafting of charterparties, guarantees, sale and purchase agreements, and other contractual documents regularly used in shipping and international trade. Shanna regularly advises and acts for clients in international arbitrations across various jurisdictions. Her experience spans arbitrations governed by the rules of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration (SCMA), the Grain and Feed Trade Association (Gafta), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA). Shanna graduated from the National University of Singapore and is qualified in both Singapore and England.
