Sean Lightfoot Bio

Sean is a partner in the Corporate team specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and equity capital markets. Sean is a partner who joined Hill Dickinson in 2014 and has expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and equity capital markets. He regularly receives direct instructions from private equity investors and leads on high-profile transactions. Sean completed his law degree at the University of Nottingham (First Class, LLB Hons) and completed his legal practice course at the University of Law, Manchester (formerly, the College of Law).
