Sam has assisted clients with a broad range of transactions. In particular, Sam has acted on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures by both private and public companies. Sam has also acted for listed clients with respect to initial public offerings, secondary fundraisings and reverse takeovers. Sam’s experience has spanned multiple sectors, including but not limited to medical, life sciences, oil and gas, commodities, finance and property. Sam specialises in a variety of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, equity capital markets and debt finance. Sam studied Law and Criminology at The University of Sheffield, before returning there to complete his LPC. He trained at a boutique law firm in London’s west end where he qualified in October 2015, following which he joined the firm in October 2017.
