Sam Hudson Bio

Sam is a partner in the Corporate team, specialising in equity capital markets (ECM) and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Sam’s practice covers both domestic and international transactions and he regularly works with both public and private companies. Sam is an experienced corporate lawyer and has worked with clients on a broad range of transactions across multiple sectors. In particular, Sam acts for a number of listed companies whose shares are admitted to trading on AIM, the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and Aquis. He has worked with these companies, as well as nominated advisers and brokers, on initial public offerings, secondary fundraisings, reverse takeovers and M&A transactions. Additionally, Sam works with private companies on array of transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, group reorganisations and fundraising. Sam’s experience covers a number of sectors, including natural resources, life sciences, medical, property, and banking and finance.
