Raj is a partner who joined the firm in August 2022 and the head of the Commercial Dispute Resolution team in London. Raj has a broad commercial litigation practice (national and international) including director/shareholder disputes, civil fraud, debt and asset recovery, disputes arising out of corporate and banking transactions and complex commercial contract claims. He also practices in several fields of professional liability with particular emphasis on high value claims against lawyers and financial institutions and advisors. Raj had advised on litigation/arbitration and regulatory matters across the globe including in India, USA. Nigeria and Malaysia. He is well regarded in providing strategic advice to clients in highly complex disputes with the intention of gaining the upper hand over opponents from the outset. Raj acts for clients from a diverse range of sectors, including real estate, education, IT, sports and media, fashion, banking, travel, fintech and finance. He is also a trusted advisor to a number of family offices in London which require a range of legal services.
