Nick is a partner and the head of our Corporate team, as well as the head of our Birmingham office. Nick has more than 20 years’ experience and his expertise includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, buy-outs, fund raising, joint ventures and corporate advisory matters. Nick joined the firm in February 2024, having previously been a partner at an established law firm and prior to that worked at 3 other renowned law firms. Nick advises institutional investors, corporates and individuals on all aspect of corporate transactions. Nick graduated with a degree in law (LLB) from The University of Birmingham in 2000.
