Monica is a corporate lawyer advising on mergers and acquisitions, exit strategies, investments and group restructurings & re-organisations with specialism in health & social care. She heads the Corporate Healthcare team. Monica is a corporate partner representing a broad range of organisations, from owner-managed businesses to private multi-national corporations including independent health and care providers on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, investments and general company law advisory. She works as part of larger cross-disciplinary team on both national and cross-border transactions to help clients achieve their goals, regularly leading large legal teams on complex multifaceted deals for clients across health and social care.
