Mike Jones Bio

Over the past 20 years, Mike has advised a diverse range of clients in relation to a broad spectrum of corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, joint ventures and shareholder issues. Mike qualified as a corporate finance solicitor in 1996 prior to which he spent a number of years in industry. His legal practice has been based in the North West where he has advised clients from SMEs to PLCs on a huge range of corporate matters. His primary expertise is in the central ground of corporate practise - acquisitions and disposals with broad experience of joint ventures and corporate structuring. Sector specialisms include leisure, retail, transport and property. Mike read law at University College Cardiff and spent a number of years in an in-house commercial contracts role with a major manufacturer before returning to the law and qualifying as a solicitor in 1996.
