Emma is an experienced real estate lawyer with a wealth of real estate experience in a variety of areas with particular expertise in retail and portfolio management services. Emma leads the Retail & Leisure sector. Emma advises both landlord and tenants in relation to the acquisition, disposal and strategic management of their real estate investments. Emma acts for high profile national retail clients in relation to portfolio management and acquisition and disposals of stores in shopping centres and out of town retail parks. Emma specialises in landlord and tenant and investment work and has particular expertise in retail and portfolio management services, property asset management, lease matters, sale and purchases conditional on planning and development agreements for lease. Emma studied law at the University of Exeter and completed her LPC at Nottingham Law School.
