Elan is a partner in the Corporate team and is experienced in a wide range of corporate transactional work. Elan is a partner in the corporate team. Her particular expertise covers mergers and acquisitions, VC and private equity with a particular expertise in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, tech and gaming and aviation sectors. Elan completed one of the first Employment Ownership Trust transactions here at Hill Dickinson and frequently advises on complex intra-group reorganisations and demergers. Elan advises a variety of corporates, SMEs and high net worth individuals. Prior to joining Hill Dickinson, Elan trained at a global law firm before qualifying into their corporate team. Elan completed her law degree at the University of Manchester followed by the LPC at Christleton in Chester.
