Bio

Scott Hilburn was born and raised in North Little Rock, Arkansas. He graduated from Pulaski Academy High School and then attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville where he walked on the Razorback football team for two years and was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. He then attended the University of Arkansas School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate. While in law school, Scott clerked for Mr. Ken Shemin and Judge Elizabeth Storey Bryan as well as for Hilburn & Harper, Ltd. during the summer breaks. Upon passing the Arkansas Bar Exam, Scott became an associate attorney at Hilburn & Harper and eventually made partner in 2016. Scott prides himself on taking a personal interest in his clients and their cases and he prioritizes honesty, loyalty, and integrity as core values.
