Bio

As a Partner in the firm, I principally deal with corporate finance matters including mergers and acquisitions, general transactional and reconstruction work. I have particular expertise in corporate taxation issues, often working closely with accountants on tax planning structures and employees' incentive schemes. I am a member of Birmingham Law Society Technical Company Law Committee and I regularly lecture to the legal profession on various issues that affect owner-managed businesses.
