A Partner in the Business Services team, I have over 20 years' experience acting for a variety of clients on transactions, regularly advising on multi-million pound deals. I have a broad range of legal experience in advising entrepreneurs and companies, both locally and nationally, on realising the maximum value from their businesses by buying or selling companies, or creating joint ventures. I was thrilled to be appointed the firm's Managing Partner in December and I am looking forward to directing the strategy of the firm towards continuing profitable growth by ensuring we remain focussed at all times on our people and our clients
