Bio

I am an experienced corporate lawyer who advises entrepreneurs, investors and businesses to realise their ambitions. I advise on business and asset sales, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, investments and restructuring businesses. I have a particular specialism in working with clients and professionals in the healthcare sector. I also regularly advise GPs on partnership matters and help with all aspects of the partnership relationship, from putting in place partnership deeds, to advising on its terms and advising on retirement. Alongside this, I also work closely with a wide range of companies, directors and individuals running business of various sizes, advising them on all aspects of corporate and company law and corporate governance issues.
