Thomas Miller Bio

Thomas Miller mainly focuses his law practice on the area of pharmaceutical distribution. He is a member of our practice group “Health Care & Life Science”. He advises and represents pharmacies in proceedings regarding fair competition, pharmaceutical and professional regulations. He has vast expertise in the conception, structuring and consultancy of mail-order pharmacies and pharmacy franchises as well as drafting hospital and special care home utility supply contracts. Dr. Miller furthermore advises on binding arrangements and contracts with health insurance companies. When it comes to the individual supply of pharmaceuticals for patients (blister packaging), he has represented clients in decisive court decisions. He also assists clients in the pharmaceutical in-/export business and in the gray area between pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements.
