Bio

Dr. Stefan Bauer is a lawyer and notary working in our Frankfurt office. The focus of Dr. Bauer‘s law practice is on advising both national and international companies on commercial and corporate law. He furthermore offers advisory services in regard to German banking regulations for foreign-based banking clients operating in Germany, primarily out of Italy. Dr. Stefan Bauer represents Germany in the Italian Chamber of Commerce in addition to being a member of the Club des Affaires de la Hesse.
