Roland Kahabka has been representing his clients for over 15 years exclusively in construction and architectural law as well as in plant engineering and real estate law. In 2005, he became one of the first specialist lawyers in the Stuttgart Chamber District. Since 2006, he has been chairman of the Examination Committee I for construction and architectural law. Mr. Kahabka also works as a trainer for legal trainees in the area of civil procedural law, where he can draw in particular on his many years of experience as a litigation lawyer. His activities include national and international representation (including cross-border issues) in the areas of large-scale plant construction (flue gas cleaning, desulphurisation plants), road construction and building construction, including advising internationally operating real estate funds.
