Mr. Ketterl is a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group and the Employment Law Practice Group at Heussen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH as well as a member of the Accredited Specialists in Employment Law Working Group (Arbeitsgemeinschaft Fachanwälte für Arbeitsrecht). He has worked at the Firm's Munich office since 1990. He has extensive experience and know-how in all areas concerning corporate transactions, restructurings as well as in all areas of individual and collective employment law, particularly in connection with restructuring measures within a company and in advising executive board members and directors.
