Kerstin Linder works in our Berlin office, but also regularly handles succession and foundation mandates for the firm at our Stuttgart, Frankfurt and Munich locations. She specializes in inheritance, corporate, foundation and tax law. Dr. Linder is particularly concerned with the conception of coordinated wills, inheritance, gift, legal renunciation, marriage and partnership agreements. She represents her clients in and out of court in contentious inheritance disputes, disputes over compulsory shares and shareholder disputes. She advises on the establishment of companies and foundations as well as on their ongoing affairs.
