Gerhard Pischel has many years of experience in the field of German and European antitrust law. He advises companies and associations on issues of antitrust compliance (particularly in the areas of mergers, distribution and cooperation), the enforcement or defense of claims for antitrust violations, proceedings before the Federal Cartel Office (particularly mergers and administrative offenses due to cartel allegations), internal investigations and the coordination of international merger proceedings. In addition, he has been supporting clients for many years in the drafting of distribution agreements, the development and introduction of international distribution structures and in complex out-of-court negotiations. Gerhard Pischel regularly publishes in the field of antitrust law and on the drafting of contracts, is the author of the book "Contract English", co-editor of the handbook "Contract Negotiation and Contract Management" and the handbook "Compliance for Business Associations" and teaches "European Antitrust Law" at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and sales law and contract English at the University of Konstanz. He is a member of the Association for the Study of Antitrust Law and the Antitrust Law Forum Munich.
