A particular professional interest lies in German-Chinese relations. Georg-Rene Lubinski is the responsible partner for the CHINA LEGAL DESK in Frankfurt together with his colleague Zhiyuan Zhang. The range of activities includes the ongoing support and advice of well-known medium-sized and listed Chinese investors in the establishment of companies and branches in Germany as well as in connection with M&A transactions. This covers all matters, e.g. obtaining visas, clarifying and completing entry formalities, obtaining work permits, public law licensing procedures and advice in connection with capital market regulations.
