Georg-Rene Lubinski Bio

Taking special interest as a legal professional in the Sino-German relations of our law firm, Mr.Georg-Rene Lubinski is the partner in charge of managing our CHINA LEGAL DESK together with his colleague Zhiyuan Zhang at our Frankfurt office. This activity desk is set up to provide a permanent legal assistance and consulting system for well known mid-sized and publicly listed Chinese investors intending to establish partnerships and subsidiaries or to conduct M&A transactions in Germany. This includes handling all formalities from obtaining visas, fulfilling entry requirements and obtaining work permits all the way to official approval procedures and legal advice on local capital market regulations.
