Georg Anders Bio

Georg Anders became partner of a national law firm in Munich in 2000. Since July 2008 he is partner in our Munich office. Dr. Anders’ area of expertise is corporate law. He advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, shareholder agreements and disagreements and leagal issues regarding the restructuring of companies, crisis management as well as financial and corporate succession. Additionally, Dr. Anders lectures as assistent professor at the University for Applied Sciences in Munich.
