Franz Clemens Leisch is a lawyer and partner at HEUSSEN Munich and a member of the Corporate practice group. Dr. Leisch has been advising national and international clients on all issues relating to compliance and corporate governance for over 13 years. After eight years as a partner in a major international law firm, he moved to HEUSSEN in November 2020. In the area of compliance, the focus of his work is on setting up compliance management systems and internal control systems, conducting group-wide compliance risk assessments and implementing processes to prevent fraud, corruption and money laundering. Dr. Leisch has also carried out numerous internal investigations for national and international clients in the areas of corruption, financial sanctions, fraud, money laundering and discrimination.
