Dr. Frank Grischa Feitsch works in the Berlin and Munich offices of our firm. He specializes in consulting and representative services bridging the fields of inheritance, corporate, foundation and tax law. The focal points of his legal work comprise interdisciplinary asset management and business succession planning, the creation of last wills based on succession planning, contracts for the relinquishment of inheritance and statutory shares, corporate agreements and the execution of last wills. Dr. Feitsch represents his clients in inheritance and shareholder disputes both in and out of court. He furthermore advises and represents entrepreneurs in ongoing corporate law matters, founders in the establishment of foundations and foundations in ongoing legal affairs. Moreover, he deals with the intricacies of inheritance contracts and last wills involving previously entailed estates.
