Daniel Smyrek Bio

Daniel Smyrek particular expertise lies in the drafting of cross-border commercial contracts and in the conduct of complex commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings. Attorney Dr. Smyrek's regional focus is on France, the MENA region and the French-speaking states of Africa. Dr. Smyrek has been admitted as a German lawyer since 2004 and as a French Avocat à la Cour since 2007. He is also accredited as an arbitrator with the CMAP in Paris. In addition to medium-sized companies from industry and trade, Dr. Smyrek's clients include various banks, which Dr. Smyrek advises on cross-border legal cases, often with reference to France, Africa and the Near and Middle East.
