Cornelia Weber has been focusing her law practice on commercial and corporate law in our Munich law office since 2012. Frau Cornelia Weber provides consulting for listed and non-listed companies on corporate law (including, among others, shareholder meetings, change of managing directors, amendments to company agreements, capital measures), business transactions (including, among others, letters of Intent, due diligence, contract drafting, contract negotiations, post-contract-phase consulting), business formations (including, among others, choice of legal form, shareholder agreements) and corporate restructuring (including, among others, change of legal form, mergers, divisions, spin-offs, changes to shareholder structures). Cornelia Weber further focuses on advising national and international companies on the conclusion of supply contracts and development contracts.
