Christoph Hamm is a partner in the real estate and construction law practice group in the Munich office and managing director of our firm. He focuses on real estate transactions (in particular: creation of the data room, implementation of due diligence as well as contract drafting and negotiation), real estate law (in particular property purchase contracts, brokerage law and tenancy law) as well as commercial tenancy law and brokerage law. Mr. Hamm also has extensive experience in litigation. Mr. Hamm provides professional and comprehensive legal advice in the area of real estate law, particularly to large and medium-sized companies in the industry. His clients include insurance companies and bank subsidiaries as well as family offices, which he advises on a regular basis on large real estate projects and portfolio management. Mr. Hamm is a lecturer at the University of Münster. He is also a member of the supervisory board of Lebensversicherung von 1871 aG Munich.
