Alexander Lehnen is a tax consultant and auditor in our Munich office and specializes in the structuring of real estate investments and transactions as well as tax and regulatory fund structuring. In addition to transaction and structuring advice, the full ongoing tax advice for property owners and project developers is also a focus of his work. Advising investors in the infrastructure sector - for example for funds that invest in wind energy or photovoltaic systems - has also become increasingly important to him in recent years, as has restructuring advice for investors and project developers.
