Natan Wiesenberg Bio

Natan Wiesenberg is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department. Natan’s practice focuses on cross border M&A, corporate financing and ongoing commercial and corporate advice. As part of Natan’s M&A practice, he has advised some of the largest international corporations on their M&A activity in Israel, including Microsoft Corporation, ServiceNow, LinkedIn, FedEx, Fortive, SKF and L’Oreal. Natan is also a trusted advisor to Israeli companies on their M&A activity both in Israel and internationally. In addition, Natan provides advisory services to international and Israeli companies at all stages of the corporate life-cycle on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. Prior to joining Herzog Fox & Neeman, Natan was an associate in the corporate division of Herbert Smith Freehills (London, England), where he gained experience working on a range of complex corporate transactions, with clients including Royal Bank of Scotland, Barclays, BAT, EDF and Bank of Ireland.
