Amit Edelman Bio

Amit Edelman is a member of the firm’s Commercial Department, providing legal consulting and advise in various commercial transactions and matters, both to national and international based clients, including in the field of M&A transactions, agreements with the government, services agreements etc. In addition, Amit is involved in consulting various non-profit organizations in their engagements with suppliers, customers and donors. Prior to joining Herzog Fox & Neeman, Amit served as a legal advisor in the Prime Minister’s Office, gaining experience in a wide range of legal fields, including Administrative Law, specializing in tenders (both public and closed). Furthermore, Amit advises Herzog Fox & Neeman’s clients in the framework of their participation in complex tenders and their negotiations with governmental agencies and offices.
