Deniz Tuncel Bio

Deniz Tuncel is among the leaders in our M&A practice group and has taken part in advising a number of landmark cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures over the last decade. Mr. Tuncel has a professional interest and extensive experience in cases involving Asian companies and entities. He was seconded to the cross border transactional practice of one of the most prestigious law firms in Japan. Mr. Tuncel has acted as lead Turkish counsel in some of the landmark M&A transactions that have occurred in the Turkish e-commerce sector. He also has significant experience in sales and acquisitions taking place in the heavily regulated energy sector, involving major assets like renewable energy plants and other electricity generation facilities. His sectoral expertise allows him to guide clients through Turkish regulation and navigate risk.
