Nina is the Managing Partner of our offices in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and is an energy partner. Nina Bowyer is the Managing Partner for the EMEA region. Based in our Paris office, Nina is an eminent energy partner and works with a broad range of clients on single and multi-jurisdictional mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint venture structuring, project development and related financing arrangements in the oil, gas, power and mining sectors. Although Nina has particular experience in helping clients with their transactions and projects in Africa, she also works on matters in France/Europe (mainly gas related), South America, Asia and Middle East. Nina is French Law and English Law qualified. Nina is ranked by Chambers Global 2025 as a leading lawyer in the areas of ‘Africa-wide Projects and Energy’, ‘Nigeria Energy & Natural Resources (Expertise Based Abroad)’ and ‘Projects & Energy - International’.
