Nick advises clients on public and private M&A, joint ventures and other strategic transactions, with a focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors. He also advises on foreign investment regulation, critical infrastructure regulation, wholesale trading (including carbon), plant closures and the development of greenfield projects.
