Miguel is a corporate partner specialised in the energy, oil & gas and infrastructure sectors. He advises industrial clients and investment funds, foreign and Spanish, in multijurisdictional and complex transactions and projects related to the energy and infrastructure sectors, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial agreements and project development, with a particular focus on power, renewables, oil & gas and energy transition.
