Jane Ballard Bio

Jane is a partner in our Projects, Energy and Infrastructure team, specialising in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors. Jane advises clients on transactions and projects in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors, including upstream oil and gas exploration and production, midstream processing, renewables, new energy and decarbonisation (including decommissioning and CCS) and mining. Within those sectors, she principally advises on acquisitions and divestments, project structuring and joint ventures, project development, offtakes, processing and transportation. Jane has worked on large-scale projects and transactions within Australia and internationally.
