Frédéric Bouvet Bio

Frederic is a Corporate/M&A partner and the head of Corporate/M&A in Paris. He focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, joint-ventures and corporate reorganisations. He regularly advises listed and non-listed companies on complex and strategic corporate transactions, with particular expertise in multijurisdictional transactions. He also has extensive experience in stock exchange–related transactions.
