Sarah Milde advises clients on antitrust and merger control cases. Her focus is on cartel investigations and follow-on damage claims litigation as well as compliance trainings/audits. She represents clients before the European Commission, the German Federal Cartel Office as well as before the European and German courts and in alternative dispute resolution. Her practice also covers M&A-related merger control matters, abuse of dominance investigations and aspects of the day-to-day business.
