Johannes Tieves advises listed and unlisted domestic and international companies and lenders on syndicated loans, acquisition financings, loan notes (Schuldscheindarlehen), high yield bonds, hybrid financings, restructurings and insolvency law issues. Johannes worked for KION GROUP AG, Brenntag SE, ista International GmbH and HeidelbergCement AG on comprehensive refinancings and for the financing banks on the acquisition of Deutsche Wohnen SE by Vonovia. He also advised Glencore in connection with the insolvency of Weser Metall and KKR on the structuring of the acquisition of real estate from Adler Real Estate AG, as well as Leonie AG.
