Daniel Engel represents companies in complex disputes before state courts, in international arbitration proceedings and in alternative dispute resolution processes. He focuses on commercial, securities and corporate litigation, including post M&A matters and ESG disputes. Large matters where he is currently advising is the defense of TÜV SÜD AG relating to the rupture of the tailings dam in Brumadinho/Brazil. In addition, Daniel advises on a variety of corporate law disputes. Daniel represented several domestic and international clients in contract and post M&A arbitration proceedings and provided advise on investment protection matters.
