Antonia Hosch represents companies in in complex disputes before state courts, in national and international arbitration proceedings and in alternative dispute resolution processes. She focuses on commercial and corporate law disputes (including post M&A matters). She also advises in antitrust related matters as well as in disputes concerning banking liability and in insurance disputes.
