Pierre-François Ozanne has been a member of the Paris bar since February 1999 and he joined Hugues Bouget’s firm in 2016, after five years working independently. With a degree in private and business law (Master’s in business and tax law from Panthéon-ASSAS University) and a DEA in business law from Paris XIII University, he worked as an associate for a variety of firms for 10 years, including 8 years with SCP Duclos, Thorne, Mollet-Vieville (Paris 8th arrondissement), which enabled him to build up solid experience in commercial law, contract law and employment law in particular, as well as a good understanding of legal and enforcement procedures. Between 2002 and 2004, he set up and managed a publishing company (working with the national press), thereby significantly developing his understanding of the business world and companies’ needs, as well as gaining a feel for intellectual property law (trademarks, authors’ rights, neighbouring rights). Although he currently works both in consulting and litigation, in all the areas that affect the life of a company and business law in some way, he also works in real estate law (sales, rental, co-ownership) and business criminal law.
