Marie Palisse Bio

Marie Palisse has been a member of the Paris bar since January 2016. She joined Hugues Bouget's firm in December 2016, after having practiced law with the French firm Latscha Avocats. Her areas of expertise are business law, M&A (companies, goodwill, and leases), tax (business owners' tax and social status, inheritance tax issues, etc.), insolvency proceedings, and commercial leases. She works mainly in a legal advisory capacity but also in litigation.
