Robbie Slattery is a partner in the Commercial & Business team at Hayes solicitors. As part of Robbie’s corporate work, he advises on items such as shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, joint ventures, business sales and business purchases. Robbie advises on commercial litigation with a particular focus on high value, multi-party litigation, for corporate clients, State entities, charities and private individuals, both on the Plaintiff and Defence side. Robbie has experience in utilising Alternative Dispute Resolution such as arbitration and mediation. Robbie’s commercial advisory work includes review and drafting of commercial contracts, Data Protection, Freedom of Information and Public Procurement issues. Prior to joining Hayes, Robbie practised as a barrister from 2006, primarily in the area of commercial litigation advising upon the prosecution and defence of high value and complex actions.
