Joe Malley is Managing Partner and Head of the Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution team at Hayes solicitors. He is President of Dublin Solicitors’ Bar Association. He is a Council Member of Law Society of Ireland. He is Chairman of Danske Bank’s Tracker Appeals Panel. Joe has advised the US Securities and Exchange Commission in relation to their investigations in Ireland.
