David Mangan is a partner in our Corporate team. He advises clients on structuring and executing domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments and capital markets transactions. David also advises businesses on legal aspects of financing, corporate reorganisations and governance. He has represented clients across a range of industries and sectors, including technology, housing, agrifood, energy and financial services.
