Sarah Reed is Chair of the firm’s Real Estate practice group and a member of the firm’s Board of Partners. Combining her industry knowledge with a passion for complex commercial real estate finance transactions, Sarah proactively works with both borrower and lenders on the full scope of their real estate issues. From prominent commercial lending institutions to real estate owners and developers, Sarah’s dexterity and hands-on approach benefits clients in the structuring, negotiation and due diligence of a broad spectrum of transactions.
