In the fast-paced corporate world, it’s important to make sure you’re working with a solicitor that’s quick to respond, always available and who can adapt to every situation. In short, I make sure that deals get done. I work with all kinds of businesses from widget manufacturers and large recycling businesses to IT infrastructure specialists. Whenever a client’s got a question or an issue, I will never respond with a flat ‘no’ – I’ll always think of a way I can help. I’m experienced in acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructuring work, joint ventures and management buyouts, both in the UK and abroad, but my local knowledge means that I have a key insight into the vibrant Worcestershire and West Midlands market. In my spare time, I like to get out into the fresh air as much as possible – whether that’s walking my dog or managing my son’s under-11’s football team.
