Andrew Liu Bio

Andrew Liu is an experienced corporate lawyer who works closely with senior management and company executives on M&A and other significant business transactions and projects. He works with a range of local and international clients to provide corporate governance, regulatory compliance and major contract advice. Andrew’s experience covers a broad range of sectors in the economy, including financial services, information technology, consumer goods and services, general industrials and transportation. Andrew has been practising in corporate/M&A law since 2012. He has previous experience at multinational top tier law firms and accounting firms (including at Allens Linklaters and Ernst & Young). He has been a senior lawyer at Harris Carlson since 2017. He also advises clients in Mandarin Chinese and is a practice group member of the Australia China Business Council.
