Bio

Andrew is the founder and Managing Director of Harris Carlson Lawyers and has extensive and relevant experience advising a diverse range of clients, from large multinational private companies to high wealth individuals. Andrew’s prior experience (including as General Counsel for a multi-national and publicly listed technology company) contributes to him providing timely and commercial advice on a broad range of commercial and general business related matters overseeing the firms services in the area of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, franchising, employment, intellectual property and general contractual matters. Andrew also acts for a number of bankruptcy trustees in relation to personal insolvency matters. Andrew is also legal counsel for his beloved North Melbourne Football Club.
