Bio

Tyler Reilly is the co-leader of the Financial Institutions and Capital Markets Industry Team of Harris Beach. His practice focuses primarily on representing commercial banks and corporate borrowers in connection with a broad range of complex financing transactions in both middle market and large cap transactions. Tyler has significant experience advising global, national, regional and community banks in all types of credit facilities in the Commercial & Industrial space, including syndicated and direct loans, investment grade and leveraged markets, acquisition financings, ABL and cash flow revolving credit facilities, term loan A and B transactions, bridge loans, letter of credit facilities, mezzanine financings, and specialty lending such as aircraft financings and leveraged ESOP deals. His bank-side commercial lending experience spans numerous industries (including gaming & leisure, food & beverage, financial services, energy, technology, industrials and transportation) and frequently involves navigating issues relating to unique and complicated collateral security (from farm products to aircraft, vessels and rolling stock). Tyler has also advised leading investment banks on a variety of capital markets transactions, including Rule 144A and Regulation S issuances of high-yield debt securities and initial public offerings on the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Stock Exchange. The breadth and depth of his deal exposure – based in part on years of work on market-setting transactions in New York City and London – enable him to identify and manage key risks for clients and to craft and negotiate deal terms with a strong understanding of market developments. Outside of finance transactions, Tyler advises large and small businesses, and their boards of directors and managers, on various business and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, commercial contracts and corporate governance. Prior to joining Harris Beach, Tyler worked in the New York City and London offices of a global law firm, where he represented public and private companies and global financial institutions on a wide range of capital raising transactions.
