Patrick Dalton represents clients across the United States on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, sales and divestitures, tender offers, shareholder matters, capital planning, and business planning. His clients range from large U.S.- based international entities, including foreign-based corporations with U.S. operations, to entrepreneurs at all stages in their business development. He also represents financial institutions with their corporate and governance matters as well as managing financings.
